Current WERA Members can list their yard sale on a neighborhood map. We’ll share the map on our Facebook page and with our email list. Complete this google form to List Your Sale.
If you are new to Wood Estates, the neighborhood will be buzzing with shoppers. Last year, we had more than 40 yard sales hosted!
If you aren’t a member, you can still join!!
Share our Facebook Event to help get out the word.
Our neighborhood parade starts at 10am on July 4th at the corner of Apple Blossom and Jack Pine. If you have a child between 5 and 12 years old who would like to lead the parade in the convertible as the Parade Royalty, then make sure to get your nomination in by Monday, July 1st!
We are also still hoping to find a singer, group or instrumentalist to perform the National Anthem at the start of the parade. Send us a message if you’re interested!
If you’re new to the neighborhood and not sure what the parade entails, here’s some info:
Johnson’s Pond fireworks will be returning this year at 9:30 p.m. on July 4th!! You can view them from The Point, but you must make sure to renew your membership for the year as there will be a security guard at the entrance checking the membership list to ensure only Wood Estate’s Members can enter.Join us for the annual Egg Hunt on Saturday, April 12, at 4:15 p.m. Make sure to be there right at the start so you don’t miss out on any of the “egg”citement!
We’ll have more than 1,000 eggs scattered around The Point, with a special section just for the tinier tots. Please bring your own bag or basket for collecting the eggs and then return the empty eggs at the end so we can use them again next year.
The Egg Hunt is for WERA members and their guests, so make sure to join or renew your membership online before hopping on down to the Point.
If you would like to volunteer to help hide the eggs, please send us a message

As many of you know the idea behind the community yard sale is to encourage neighbors to have only one sale per year, on the same weekend to maximize traffic, while also avoiding crowded streets throughout the rest of the year. Thank you for understanding, stay safe and healthy.
Our Annual Yard Sale Day is quickly approaching
Current Members can list their yard sale on a neighborhood map. The map will be shared on social media and our email list. We also advertise in The Reminder. Signs will be put out at the 2 main entrances.
***Map additions close August 31! ***
Complete this google form TBD
We have over 25 yard sales registered so far!

We’re happy to welcome Augusta Lawn Care Services as our new Entrance Sponsor for 2023/2024. They are donating their time to help improve and beautify our entrances at Magnolia and Wisteria.
Thank you, and if you need law care, we highly recommend!
Over the past few weeks, local neighbors within Wood Estates have organized a working group to fight-back against the proposed development of the field abutting Wood Estates.
Development of the field would be devastating to our community for a variety of reasons. Almost 900 have signed the petition against the development. Clearly, this is a mandate, a clear message to the Town of Coventry that development of this field is the wrong move for the greater Central Coventry community.
As such, the working group is soliciting funds to pay for legal representation, and a variety of studies to be conducted.
We’re in full support of our fellow neighbors that want to fight-back. We have one chance, and this is it.
Please consider donating to the cause, to preserve the field as open space. If you have signed the petition, thank you –> now we must put action behind our words of encouragement, and support this effort.
Please Click Here to make a donation today! After donating, please share!
Email us if you’re interested in joining the working group. wera02816@gmail.com
