Membership

Join the Wood Estates Residents Association (WERA), support your neighborhood and add value to your property. Your membership includes a membership card with private code to access ‘The Point’, and water rights with access to a private members-only boat ramp.

Membership season runs annually April 1 – April 1. Membership fee’s are not pro-rated. Spring is the most popular time to join.  

Membership is available to residents of the original Wood Estates neighborhood as outlined on the map below. Please note: Rectory Drive is also included. 

How to join:

  1. Online [Quickest and Only] – PayPal (a $2.50 convenience/processing fee applies). You’ll be redirected after payment processing to view your season access code and print your season membership card for display in your vehicle when accessing the boat ramp. The page self destructs after a few minutes so please click print or screen shot your card. DO NOT share your access code!

    We are asking all of our new and returning members to join online this season. 

*If you’re unable to join online, you can mail in your membership fee. Please include your e-mail address to receive your digital membership card and access code. Please allow 3-4 weeks for email delivery. (This is the slowest way to receive your access code as we have limited volunteer capacity.)


Your WERA Membership Helps to Maintain:

  • Landscaped and manicured entrances adding value to your property
  • Wood Estates signage identifying our neighborhood
  • Funds for the cost of taxes on ‘The Point’, our Private waterfront park on Johnson’s Pond

WERA Membership Also Includes:

  • Communications and event reminders
  • Community events including:  Neighborhood Yard Sale, Children’s Easter Egg Hunt and Halloween Hayride, our Annual Apple Blossom Fourth of July Parade, and more!

ONLY $40 for the entire year!!

That’s $3.33 per month…83 cents per week….less than 11 CENTS per day to support and maintain your neighborhood.
