The Wood Estates Residents Association (WERA) exists to promote the growth of civic, social, and cultural activities for residents of Wood Estates. This includes maintenance of The Point, a beautiful 64,000 square foot wooded recreational area on Johnson’s Pond.<\/p>\n

WERA is headed by volunteer officers<\/a> and consists of numerous committees for various activities and tasks, including children’s events, adult social events, landscaping, welcoming new neighbors, maintaining the Point, and much more. Meetings are held bi-monthly and are relaxed and social.<\/p>\n
