The Wood Estates Residents Association (WERA) exists to promote the growth of civic, social, and cultural activities for residents of Wood Estates. This includes maintenance of The Point, a beautiful 64,000 square foot wooded recreational area on Johnson’s Pond.
WERA is headed by volunteer officers and consists of numerous committees for various activities and tasks, including children’s events, adult social events, landscaping, welcoming new neighbors, maintaining the Point, and much more. Meetings are held bi-monthly and are relaxed and social.
